In brief
All data we collect stays with us. We do not use any external analytics tools, advertising networks, or third-party tracking. We never share your information for marketing purposes.
What we collect
When you book a course we store the information needed to process your booking: name, email, phone number, and billing address. For company bookings, we also store the organisation number and reference.
When you pay card details are handled by our payment provider — they are never stored by us.
Invoicing and accounting are managed through a Swedish accounting service. Billing records are retained in accordance with statutory accounting requirements.
Newsletter. As a course participant, you will receive our newsletter with course-related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email — the same applies if you sign up through the website. The newsletter is run locally on our own server.
Contact form. Your name, email address, and message are sent to us by email so that we can respond to your enquiry.
Cookies
We use our own analytics tool (Matomo) to understand how visitors use the website. All data stays on our own server — nothing is shared with Google, Meta, or other third parties.
Basic statistics are collected without cookies. If you accept cookies, we can better identify return visits, but this does not affect your experience.
